Here's a fun discussion. Let's put together two completely different moments in the manga and state our opinions.

Best moment in the manga, IMO: Asuma's death. It was such a breath-taking moment, I must admit, it made me cry like a *****. It showed just how dangerous Akatsuki members were and also highlighted the bond between Asuma and his team. This and the second best death in the whole manga - Jiraiya's - represent the manga's peak moments.
Worst moment in the manga, IMO: I hate to say this, but there's so many to choose from. I'll go with Minato revealing his KCM. I've always thought that him being a pseudo-Jinchuriki made more sense than Kyuubi having an evil twin. Plus, this power-up was useless! There was no reason for him to use it; he already had plenty of chakra, being an Edo Tensei, and, obviously, he was already fast enough.
