Best and worst decisions ever made?

Since there are characters in Naruto(whoop-dee-freakin-doo), and they have their own minds(ta-daa), they make decisions(yuppeee). So what are the worst and best decisions made by them? They do not have to be world changing things, the important thing is where their decisions stand in your opinion: good or bad...

Every single person has their own opinions, so respect others...

Anyway; a few things i can think off:

Best:
Gaara deciding to be a better person
Karin saying idgaf about Sasuke anymore(although we can't be sure, it was pretty cool when she said that)
Iruka befriending Naruto
Bee deciding to teach Naruto the things he knows
Tsunade choosing to be hokage and changing her mind about being hokage is just a waste of life
Lee deciding to take the surgery(i would not say this if the outcome was different)
...

Worst:
Obito starting a world for Rin's death
Hiruzen not killing Orochimaru
Sakura deciding to kill Sasuke alone
...

So what are your thoughts?

Sakura's Parents-Allowing Sakura to be born.

Tsunade-Not sending ninja's to kill Sasuke.

Sasuke-Not killing Sakura

Sasori-Not killing Sakura

Pain-Not killing Sakura

Zetsu-Not killing Sakura.

Best:
-Naruto deciding what his ninja way is
-Kakashi deciding to finally give Naruto the one on one training time he needed

Worst:
-After Iatchi's death, Sasuke deciding to destroy the Leaf

Best - Anything Naruto has done.
Worst - Anything Kakashi has done.

 

[Wind Squid]

Sakura's Parents-Allowing Sakura to be born.

Tsunade-Not sending ninja's to kill Sasuke.

Sasuke-Not killing Sakura

Sasori-Not killing Sakura

Pain-Not killing Sakura

Zetsu-Not killing Sakura.

Also Kakashi letting Sakura pass the bell test

Hashirama not making sure Madara was dead or Hashirama sparing Madara's life was the worst decision ever made.
Another one was the Uchiha coup d'etat... Worst decision ever. :|

Sasuke leaving Kabuto alive after he sucked up Orochimaru.

Also Kakashi letting Sakura pass the bell test

Not to mention Iruka allowing her to pass.

 

[Bad Touch Yakushi]

Good:
Kisame having an awesome death.
Sai becoming a genuine member of Team Kakashi.
Naruto entering the battlefield (imagine if he hadn't)

Bad:
Literally all of the Sound 4 - Messing around with the Sasuke Rescue Team and being taken out like idiots.
Kabuto not being able to kill Itachi before he did the cheaty Izanagi thing.
Sasuke literally going against Itachi's exact wishes and aiming to destroy the leaf.
Obito getting CLEARLY brainwashed by Madara.

EASILY the WORST for that TIME and the FUTURE and PRESENT is when
DANZO took SHISUI's EYE when SHISUI tried to use KA to STOP the UCHIHA

90% good decision not have happened without naruto

Jiraiya went alone to amegakure he showed that he is extremly powerful and died as heroe
