I'd honestly say Itachi

Mad at Taijutsu
Best at Genjutsu
Mad at Ninjutsu

^ Got a 5 in all of these

Got a 5 in speed, we know he's mad fast
Is arguably the smartest in the series

To be honest, his only weakness is his stamina. So I'd say he's the best all round.

This all the way. I am surprised that not many people said itachi

He did have a four in genjutsu, so I dunno bud.
