Best all- round ninja?

So they don't necessarily have to be the strongest, but who in the Narutoverse pretty much covers everything the best? Obviously no one is perfect but who would you say overall has the best skill, these include:

-Ninjutsu
-Taijutsu
-Genjutsu
-Intelligence
-Stealth
-Speed

etc. etc. In my opinion i'd say Jiraiya because of all his actions in Amegakure, if you think about it, he did ALL of the above very well in a short space of time, who do you think?

I'd honestly say Itachi

Mad at Taijutsu
Best at Genjutsu
Mad at Ninjutsu

^ Got a 5 in all of these

Got a 5 in speed, we know he's mad fast
Is arguably the smartest in the series

To be honest, his only weakness is his stamina. So I'd say he's the best all round.

Tobirama. He is good in genjutsu, has good taijutsu, and is possibly the best water style user in the series. He is very strong, and has knowledge in S/T. He also invented Edo Tensei.

Jiraiya, Kakashi, Itachi, Hiruzen, Madara, etc, they are all great all-rounded ninja

Actually, I would have to say Hiruzen as another top pick in this category. He has a wide variety of justsu and doesn't really have a weakness. Very well all arounded ninja.

I'd have to go with Itachi. He dominates in all of those categories, plus he died a true shinobi death. As Jiraiya said "In the shinobi world it's not how you live, its how you die." But honestly, since I quoted Jiraiya, I think he was an exemplary ninja too
