do you mean strongest or coolest?


cause strongest would be Tobi(current) with Zetsu
and if that doesn't count because their really not a team (they really don't fight together tobi just solo's everything)

Nagato and Konan because Nagato can solo some of those teams,
and kill everyone on those teams 1v1 except tobi(current)
Konan's also pretty bad ass and is heavily underrated.

Coolest to me would be
1.)Itachi & Orochimaru (if it existed)
2.)Hidan and Kakuza (zombie combo or in Japanese zonbi conbi)
3.)Itachi & Kisame
