i dont know i like thread makers list but i would like to suggest further candidates :

1) Guy- his hilarious..i just cant get over the bit where he was being rescued in a filler by kakashi n yamato or someone cant remember who but then wen they find him : you see him doing a dance teaching the baby birds how to fly n his voice expressions priceless ahaha

2) Jiraiya

3) Orochimaru

o well i still say orochimaru cause no one else can make you think he is your friend but in reailty he is using you and making you die for him.Take what he did to haku,kabuto,kiminmaru and those sound ninjas.yes tobi is a great actor but that is only because no one knows who he is so you dont know his motives but oro is right their you can tell what he is but his word and actions along with how he use people i think makes him the best actor.He is great at faking death plus making you feel like he is on your side.
