Naruto soloed 5 out of 6 paths in sage mode. Sasukes EMS is on par with Biju mode so I am sure he can take at least those 5 paths. and 6 path can be easily destroyed by sending 2 Susano arrows one after the other due to the 5 second recharge.

You're forgetting that he had massive Intel.
That's like someone telling your opponent exactly how you fight before fighting.
That's a massive disadvantage for Pain, but he still captured SM Naruto.
It should've ended there and they should've had Naruto escape the Akatsuki base somehow, but Kishi made an Asspull and made Hinata have the balls to effortlessly get solo'd by Pain, which enraged Naruto and made Pain fight the Kyuubi for the rest of the time, and Pain was still taking Demon Naruto's booty..​

Well sage mode is greatly underrated on this base n even buji naruto wouldn't stand a chance against nagato

Nagato only needs to summon the paths to disrupt his chakra to avoid all genjutsu, simple as that.

Other than that, Sasuke won't stand a chance, if it was all paths vs current Sasuke, he would definitely take out a couple, but Naruto's SM is the perfect counter to Preta path.

Nagato alone stomps him, he's much stronger without his paths

You can't beat Pain without partners, intel or Shadow clones.
It's impossible unless your Hashirama or Madara.

I disagree i don't see how hashirama or madara beat him he has a counter for every known jutsu n nobody has a counter to stop him from using deva path ability to bring them towards him n then use human ability simultaneously to take their soul
