I am sure that SO6P had more advanced techniques but Nagatos (technically Madaras) Rinnegan is weaker than EMS. In 1 vs 1 battle of course. Rinnegan is much more powerfull against regular Ninja since it requires you to have Senju body thus more stamina and bigger chakra reserves.

You gave to make eye contact for it though.
And prime Rinnegan is more powerful that prime Sharingan. Susanoo can be melted, and can counter fire techs with water/earth.
