1. kira - death note...... was brilliant , merciless and was afraid of nothing a man with clear concepts....
2. madara.... seeing him just makes everyone put their tails between their legs..... man with no conscience n one agenda warrrrrr...........
3. tobi..... biggest trick the satan did was to make the world believe that he does not exist......

although father( fma brotherhood) was good too..

They are good. I would have to put Tobi at the top for what he did, tricking us all. Orochimaru for what he did for Sasuke and the fact he wouldn't stop at anything to gain power and eternal life and Danzo. Because he really did try his hardest to become Hokage, even if it ment wiping out the Uchiha. Who cares? Lol

Light was neither good or bad, his actions are and were justified depending on how you are looking at it.
