ok i kinda messed up in wording list 4 teams of 3 ninja each that would compliment each other well(you did) but i meant while listing all the ninja like:

I made this to be a strategy thing, not just 3 strongest shinobi on list, but to make you form 4 teams so you would have to choose to make them balanced and very dangerous in there own right, and to the guy who said restrictions i wanted to make sure this was a balanced thing i don't just want to add a guy a lot stronger than everyone else so i had to restrict to make him on there level.
