Jugo's clan (also an unknown clan) is the origin of the curse mark, just DNA to make other curse marks.

Uzumaki's have incredible longevity and life force. They were also masters of Fuinjustu, good DNA.

Orochimaru's DNA I would say isn't that special, becuase he personaly modified his own body..... but you know what happend to Kabuto when he took Orochimaru's DNA....
