Danzo is the only other seriously messed up bad guy. for example Orichimaru did for the lolz and so did danzo. Danzo wanted to destroy the leaf village, and wanted to rule, no matter the cost.

Danzo did want to destroy the village and rebut it in His own image,The Will of Fire was Danzo's enemy.

he might have loved the village but tell me what did the bastard do
in the pain arc...he let the village get destroyed,and slowed down naruto from getting to the village to fight pain by killing the messenger toad why because his ass wanted to be hokage and what happened he died. He pretty much worked with orochimaru and killed uchia just so he can get stronger.He might love the village but he was one wicked old bastard.
