OT: That's a tough one, you could say Kakashi since he was able to take on Hidan and Kakuzu in taijutsu for a while. He even knows primary lotus! Sage mode Naruto is also pretty beast in taijutsu, there's plenty of fitting candidates.
Edit: Forgot about Tsunade, medical ninja specialize in evading and no one has strength like Tsunade so she's up there with the best of taijutsu users.

Kakashi is an excellent taijutsu style fighter in fact when he runs out of chakra that's all he can rely on so he is quite good at taijutsu and he showed that he can open one of the 8 gates so far.

Taijutsu excels in high speed movement and the varieties without using any special elements jutsu, sorry to say this but i didnt see any character besides them that excels much, but if i had to choose, i must say Bruce Lee.
