I really don't think this is a fair comparison. Griffith slaughtered and raped his own brethren simply for his own ascension and jealousy.

There is a difference between having a lifelong friend who just betrayed you and pretty much everyone u knew and killed them all and a villain who is troubled and tried to achieve peace his own way ... even if he killed people. Naruto and gutts are different persons...gatts live and past was much darker than narutos and he developped another way.... naruto is all about overcoming your pain and feelings and make the better move. By the time naruto didnt kill nagato he made something very special and only very few people could actually do what he did...he didnt kill nagato and proved that vengeance isnt the only answer...
but meh why am i wasting my time here its not like you gonna think differently anyways...

But just now, Naruto threw Black Zetsu into the moon, forcing him to getting sealed for eternity along with Kaguya. Even though the guy is powerless as fuk. So no, he would unlikely forgive the guy and would go as far as to kill him.

Well, for starters I'm pretty sure he mentioned to Sasuke that he would kill him along with himself when or if they fought again. I agree he may cherish what they had shared. But as far as I can tell, even the guy had given up on bringing him back.
