What do you think, how many civilians and ninjas live in Konoha? Look what Zetsu says about the army
The members of the ASF are from the following lands: Land of Fire, Land of Wind, Land of Water, Land of Earth, Land of Iron ( Samurai ) and Land of Lighting. There are probably less samurai than everyone else but for the sake of skepticism let's say that every country put equal amounts into the army. 80000/6 would be 13, 333 people. And as we know, gennins are not allowed to take part in the war. With them, the number of shinobies would be 14.000- 14.500/ country. Let's assume the shinobies live either near or in Konoha. Why? Because they need to complete missions. And who gives the orders? The Hokage. We must also take into consideration that not everyone in Konoha is a shinobi. There are civilians too ( merchents, Ramen Guys, etc ) Konoha is a military based city, so let's assume there are only ~ 6000- 7000 civilians. So according to this, more then 20.000 people live in or close to Konoha.
But naturally, not everyone lives in Konoha. Let's say there were 10- 12.000 peoples in Konoha when Pain attacked the village. ( but probably this is a low ball estimation, 'cause Konoha is the largest city in the land of fire )
So healing all those people at a time shows how much chakra she has.
But now let's see her stamina feats in the war:
