Does anyone think that Bepo was actually a human and was part of Law's crew but something happened and he died but Law had enough time to "soul swap" him into a bear and Bepo enjoyed being a bear so that's why he's like that?

Nah his originally a bear in my opinion. Because we've seen characters like him before. For instance " Chopper" , " Pekoms" and this guy from Basil Hawkins crew , who seem to be normally like that or have eaten a fruit of some sort.

Bepo is similar like chopper in some way or other IMO
