After instructing his student to display everything taught to him by his previous teacher, Kakuzu notices the usage of his last performed technique was incorrect.

I begin by gathering up my chakra as I perform the hand seals Tiger → Rat → Snake.Once I form the final seal I manipulate my earth chakra into the cave moving through the walls and locating the vital piece of the cave.I then proceed to destroy the vital piece causing the cave to lose balance and comes down crashing.

I hope its ok now sensei

That was decent, but I expect a bit more detail in future descriptions. Since you're already on B-Ranks, you will continue the rest of your training filling out the following template. Don't feel too concerned with making every template submission extremely detailed, some jutsus are more straight forward than others. However, for more unique and complex techniques, I expect a substantial level of detail. Also, don't be hesitant to ask questions about techniques. I remember when I was training, I'd sometimes avoid asking questions just so I could learn more techniques with my teacher's next post. I will always answer your questions and provide new techniques to learn, so if anything I encourage asking about things you want to know more about.

(Doton: Denki Iwabashira) - Earth Release: Electric Rock Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid (Short for electric bolts)
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will make a set of four hand seals and then will place their hand on the ground to create a pillar of earth rise up from the ground. This pillar is also given a electrical charge that causes electric bolts to emit from the pillar up to short range shocking any targets in the vicinity.

Alright, come over here, perform a set of four handseals and place both of your palms on the ground, before focusing your doton chakra into it. Mold your chakra and utilize it to change the structure of the ground itself to forcefully cause a single fairly sharp pillar of earth to rise out of the ground more than five meter s in front of you. Give the pillar an electrical charge as you do this, before causing it to emit that built electrical energy as electric bolts which will shock anything within short-range of the pillar.

Key Points: Its a doton technique which behaves as a Raiton one (Four Pillar Bind). Despite this, it is still inherently a doton technique will be neutral (and not stronger) than other doton techniques. Also, never cause the pillar to emerge within short-range of your position, as you'll be hurt by your own technique.

(Doton: Yōdo Ranfunka no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Molten Earth Wild Eruption Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user will send chunks of rock at the opponent and then using a fire style technique and cause them to explode on contact with the enemy.

After doing so, I'd like you to destroy the pillar you just formed and reduce it to a pile of rocks and rubble, before kicking them towards a nearby tree. This kick will also serve to infuse the chunks of rock with your doton chakra. During their flight, exhale a fire style technique and set the chunks of stone alight, coating them in fire chakra and hence giving them explosive qualities. Once they collide with the tree, they should burst into a maelstrom of flame.

Key Points: This is a nice tactic when rubble is lying around or nearby, so whenever you happen to have rocks residing around you, consider using this technique. Nearby rubble can be made in several scenarios. Typhon once used Earth spear to counter a B-Rank Earth spikes technique, which served to destroy the pillars and leave him surrounded by rubble, allowing him to use this technique in a quick and smart manner. Shedding a rocky armour such as the S-Rank Hardening technique (something you'll learn eventually) once its served its purpose can also be a way to generate rubble for this technique. The most skilful combos tend to stem from recycling old techniques, remember that.

Another very important point is, despite this being the use of an Earth and Fire technique, it is still stronger than Water and neutral to wind. Reason I teach both of these techniques at the same time is, people tend to confuse them for elemental combos.

*Comes over to Kakuzu sensei* I listen to your instructions and am ready to give it a go myself.

I begin by gathering chakra throughout my body as I start to perform four hand seals.Once I form the final seal I place my hands on the ground and begin to channel my doton chakra into it.Then by molding my chakra with the ground I begin to manipulate the earth itself raising forth a pillar 5 meters infront of me.As the pillar is beggining to emerge I use my chakra to give the pillars an electrical charge. Now as the pillar stands tall anything that gets close to it is in danger of getting shocked.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I feel as I could bring up the pillar behind my opponent and the noise it would make would tip him off its actually coming. He would probably want to defend agaisnt it quickly instead of running away and as soon as he turns his head I would launch a water jutsu directly at him doing him physical damage but also leaving him soaked making the shock that is about to come from the pillar stronger.

Ways to Counter: If the pillar is already up I would use (Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armour It acts fast and would nulify all the effects the lightning from the jutsu would have on me aswell as destroying the pillar.

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): For battle oriented use it would be an offensive type of jutsu, something you would use to hurt the enemy rather then use the jutsu to defend from something.A non battle orianted use? This confuses me xD Make a street light? xD No I am sorry but im not sure if I understand this section all that well, could you please show me an example of how you would fill up this "user of the technique" part of the template?
Rate the technique out of ten: Five, its cool and can come in handy but I am not sure how much I will actualy use it.

Questions about the technique (Optional): None

I then launch a C rank lightning jutsu to destroy the pillar as I run up and kick several of the rocks that are coming down as the pillar falls.Once my foot connects with the rocks I send my chakra into them and send them flying towards the tree.As the rocks get halfway to the tree I send out a fire style jutsu and set the stones on fire. With this they now posses fie chakra and have adopted explosive qualities. As soon as they hit the tree the rocks explode and create a maelstorm of fire.

Combinations you could make with this jutsu: I am not sure if this would work but lets say I launch the attack and the stone are set on fire.As they enter short range of my opponent I bring up a pillar right in front of him.The rocks hit the pillar and explode in the maelstorm of fire as you say.Would my opponent be hit by that fire?

Ways to Counter: The best way to counter is to not let them get close. So a lightning jutsu of C rank and above is perfectly good for handling it.Lets say I used a strong wind jutsu that would engulf the rocks as it goes towards my enemy.Would the wind pick up the rocks aswell and they would now be stuck in it as they travel to my enemy leaving him to worry about much more then a simple wind jutsu?

Uses of this technique (Battle orientated and non-battle orientated): Once again sorry but I would feel more comfortable if you gave me an example of this section. Then if you feel the need for me to go back and redo it for these jutsu I will.

Rate the technique out of ten: Seven, its not exactly the most special technique in the world but with all these ideas you gave me about the rubble and such I think I will use it quite alot :p

Questions about the technique (Optional): Well beside the 2 that I asked in the template on my way to this section I have one more.Do I need to do an actual fire jutsu which would cost me a jutsu spot or is it just a random stream of fire which I can release alongside the jutsu?

1) Some techniques have non-battle orientated uses e.g. travel, camoflauge, sensing and etc. If nothing comes to mind, stick to the battle orientated uses.

2) Not a bad idea, but make sure the wind jutsu is capable of reversing their motion instead of obliterating them completely. If you have a wind jutsu which directly clash and is designed to reverse the motion of techniques then sure. However, no canons are capable of achieving such a effect, so for now, the answer is no.

3) You do not need to use a fire jutsu and it will not cost you a jutsu spot. Like you said, its a random stream of fire.

Excellently done, onto the next two techniques.

(Doton: Ukiwagan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Floating Ring Rock Technique
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user uses the earth to create large floating rock cubes 2 meters squared to toss at the opponent. The rock cubes spin around the user, doubling as a protection against other attacks.
You must be registered for see images

Now, I want you to release your doton chakra into the ground below before molding it to cause a few sizable cubes of rock to emerge from the ground. Spin the cubes of rock around you (which acts also as a good defensive measure) before releasing them towards my clone in the distance. This technique has considerable range and a variety of uses, a good addition to your arsenal.

Key Points: When the rocks first erupt and spin around you, this jutsu's reach is Short-range. However, when you release it towards a target it can travel up to Long Range.

( Doton: Iwa Shuriken ) - Earth Release: Rock Sword hidden in the hand
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: By manipulating their chakra and creating large rocks to raise up from the ground, the user sends the huge rocks rotating together at the opponent

The 2nd technique possess many similarities to the one you just learnt. Focus your doton chakra into the ground once again, this time to raise up huge rocks with no defined shape, though they do resemble cylinders in a way. Fire this mass of rocks towards my clone once again, he dodged your last attack with considerable ease. Aim to strike him with this one.

Key Points: If you're wondering how this technique looks, its from the Naruto Ninja Storm series and is Oonki's signature technique.
