Dean Winchester arrives on the training field, finding a young man there. He had to teach him Lightning, the ferocious element. He walks up to his student, and looks at him.
"Oi, there. The name's Dean Winchester, and I will be teaching you Lightning. Now, I want you to tell me everything you know about Lightning in the Narutoverse, it's strengths and weaknesses and also, known users of the element. Use as much detail as you can please. "

Lightning release is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react.
Lightning release is :
* strong against earth because it can easily travel through and break the ground apart
* weak against wind because it is a natural electrical insulator. lightning can potentially surpass the penetrative force of wind by increasing the former's vibration frequency high enough.* Lightning also has a unique relation with water, since water conducts electricity. Ay:Ay has a Specialty with Close ranged Lightning.With an Lightning Armor that is hard to penitrate to and alot of Strong Close range attacks Kakashi Hatake:The Teacher of Uchiha sasuke.He Knows Raiton well,Hes Capable of using many Jutsu.From his Signature Move,Chidori or Lightning Blade Kakashi can also use Lightning Beast Running Jutsu and Lightning Clone.Lightning Advantage:Lightning unlike water and Earth,Does not need a Source,Ever.Some Water and Earth Don't need Source,But alot do.
Lightning is Created out of the User himself.its Good For both Long range and Short range Jutsu.
Altough it does not have any Defensive capablities like Suiton or Doton.

"Alright, that is okay, Lightning rips through Earth because of it's properties and it's weak to Wind because the wind insulates it. It is usually combined with Water for that extra effect and is quite the destructive element. Not very versatile though. I hope you have what it takes to tame this monstrous element.
Now, since this is your start of training, I want you to grab onto this chakra paper, and focus your Lightning chakra into the paper. If done correctly, the paper should start to wrinkle and fold, showing you know how to correctly mold Lightning chakra. Sit over there and meditate whilst channeling your chakra into it. Close your eyes whilst doing it."

Gajeel after been told to re do.takes the sheet of paper, and without wasting a moment channels his lightning chakra through the chakra paper, meditating in the process.After channeling his chakra through the paper, he finds out that the paper crumples up with a lot of winkles on it.

Gajeel after listening to his senpai calms down and looks at the clone he then accumulate his raw chakra nature manipulating it into raiton chakra, he then shape manipulates it into several bolts of lightning which he fires at the clone two ripping its heart causing it to burst .

Advantages:It can be used to take out multiple opponents
Disadvantages:it is a low ranked jutsu making it easy to be dodged by low ranked wind jutsus
usage in battle: I will make sure the opponent is wet i'll then send bolts at them to shock them.

Gajeel listens to the description and sees a clone who is now running towards him.Without wasting a single moment, he manipulates his lightning based chakra in his hands and creates several bolts of electricity anddirects it towards the clone to shock him and hence restricting his movements'
Advantages:
1. Simple technique, doesn't require complex handseals or large amount of chakra reserves.
2. Pretty much useful at short range and can be used to shock my opponent instantaneously
Disadvantages:
1. Considering the description, I don't think it is useful at long range, and hence combo is required to increase the range.
2. Since it is D-Rank jutsu not that much powerful one, and can be easily countered by higher ranked jutsus.
Ways to use it in the battle:
1. Most effective way is creating a water source around your opponent and then combine this technique with water jutsu, amplifying it's effect. Water combo can also be used to increase range of this technique.
2. Another way is combining it with shadow clone techniques, increasing the accuracy of striking of the bolts and also possibility of causing harm to your opponent.

"Okay, now for the next jutsu, I want you to concentrate your Lightning chakra in your hands, and manipulate it. Then once Lightning starts crackling around them, slam your hands towards the ground and release a surge of Lightning that moves across the ground to the opponent's feet, shocking them. Try it on my clone."
Dean creates a clone that stands before Gajeel.

Gajewl focuses his chakra around his hands, which takes fair bit of time. he then slams his hands on the ground when chakra becomes visible around his hands,releasing a surge of lightning towards his sensei's clone. This surge of lighting strikes the clone at it's feat shocking him, and competing the jutsu

Gajeel sees a clone running towards him let's slaughter another clone. he quickly forms Tiger → Snake → Dog handseals and then quickly sends his lightning chakra in the form of current towards the clone, and misses it.;_;
Damn my aiming sucks he quickly forms the handseals and directs one more current towards the clone to shock it and finish of the technique. Maybe I should go back and do some aiming training.
Advantages
1. According to the description it is short as well as long range technique and hence pretty much useful from range perspective.
2. Useful against multiple opponent as it can shock multiple opponents at the same time.
Disadvantages
1. Handseals is the biggest disadvantages and hence it needs prep time.
