Well Fire Is One Of The 5 Basic Elements, It Is The Most Destructive Element And In Reality Has Caused A Lot Of Problems To The World, Ofc Without It We Would Barely Be Alive Sort Of ^_^.

Ok *tries the first time but messes up on the last sign* *tries the second time its good* *concentrates fire chakra in his throat again and spits it out concentrating the chakra to become almost a flame, but not an actual flame (if you know what i mean xD) In An Attempt To Make The Gas Flamable*

It's not supposed to be a liquid, but a gas. Inhale, focusing your fire chakra into your gullet, then exhale a huge mist of flammable gas the can be ignited by local fire or by a fire jutsu.

Nice. Now what you did when you released a flame from your mouth for the first time is similar what you do for this jutsu.

Alright, you start this jutsu by throwing a lighter with an open flame to the ground, and then you manipulate the fire from the lighter to form a wall of fire. If you know it, then it is very well used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.
