Looks: Belphegor has long blonde hair that covers his eyes so no-one can see them. You can only see his nose and his mouth, and he is almost always smiling. Belphegor wears his signature tiara in his hair to show of his title of "Prince the Ripper". Belphegor is usually wearing his black and purple striped t-shirt, with a black coat. He wears plain black trousers and white boots. He has two white bands on his upper arm of the coat, and a white belt with a shining silver buckle.

Personality: Belphegor is a menacing person to socialise with, he is sadistic, and has a thirst for battle and defeating people. In battle, Belphegor always uses his signature laugh; "ushishishi". He also has a habit of saying "Kaching" when angry at someone. Despite his creepy demeanor in battle, he is very calm and collected, and can analyse situations in seconds. In battle, if Belphegor gets cut and sees his own "royal" blood; his real genius and abilities present themselves and his true blood-lust will begin. In normal conversation Belphegor still has his twisted ways, but is extremely loyal to his friends and fellow comrades.

Backround Info:
Belphegor was born into an extremely rich family, and was born a genius and a natural shinobi, but also a natural killer. People feared Belphegor even at his young age of 5. He had what people called a "wicked" smile and a spine-chilling laugh, he was sadistic even at this age and often threatened people, people feared for their lives with Belphegor around. Then at the age of 8, he killed his parents and his twin brother with a single kunai. Due to this and his extreme wealth, he was assigned the nickname "Prince the Ripper". Belphegor tried to use his hair to hide his identity, but due to his smile and demeanor he fooled no-one. At the age of 9 he began working as an assassin and carried out peoples requests, honing his art and hobby of killing. As he blended out of the shadows, at the age of 11 he became a shinobi. He became a shinobi for only one reason; and that is to be able to fight and kill.
Other:
Kunai: Extremely skilled with it. It has a special case on his leg for easy access. Has always used this kunai since being a baby, and used it to kill his family; it has distinctive carvings and white ribbon tied around it, other than that just an ordinary kunai.
