I think that due to Bellamy being on Skypiea, he learned how to make his arms work like the impact/reject dial and on a larger scale.
How? Just like how the impact/reject dial absorbs the blunt force of a strike, Bellamy may be able to turn his arm into a spring, absorb the blunt force, and release it on a larger scale and with no drawbacks. Also, if he possesses CoA, he would be much greater.

Hmm..makes sense. That whipping Dalflamingo gave him put him in shape. What ever happened to those dials man. Usopp went ham on luffy for a second there with one. Usopp needs to bring those back!

I think he still has them.

Would be bad ass if he could make a spring draw it back and hit someone like a pin ball

I think he uses them in some of his weapons.

OT: I expected him to implement the Dials themselves in his fighting style myself, but it makes sense that he would learn how they work, then use his DF to produce somewhat the same things. That Elizabello with the 1 hour charge-up punch! I think Bellamy will catch that punch with his Spring Fruit. So, in other words, he will take in the punch like an Impact Dial, then he can use the attack himself. This is not my idea though, read it somewhere.

Doesn't black kabuto use the dials for firing the pop greens at a faster rate/distance? (on the subject of Usopp using them)

OT; that sounds like a pluasible theory for bellamys power. Springs would be perfect to absorb the recoil from the dials.

Yeah he does.

I meant him using his arms like the dials and not him using the dials directly xD

Yeah, that makes more sense, for him to be the one to take the punch.

Yeah, and that would take care of his hype, proving that he has become a lot stronger, since I don't think he will make it out of the 1st round.

Yeah! My guess is that he starts off using spring Hopper, creating huge movement and probably finds a way to power up the impact dial, then he hits an opponent with the speed of his fist like a normal Hopper, but then activates the Impact Dial causing a second hit. As you said he'd change up his arm to recoil the damage impact dials normally give out!

How about he does that but with two reject dials. And it comes off as a gomu gomu no bazooka (one in each hand), and due to his spring arms, instead of him losing his limbs, it becomes even stronger.

Nice theory. I think it will have a brute force but less than reject dial.

Good theory, but I believe bellamy's ultimate attack will be him using springs inside his body like bones, getting in a hyena position, storing tons and tons of potential energy, then Busoshoku: Koka his legs, then spring at gear 2 like speeds. Would be good, for him at least.

I think that now, in the NW, the reject dial isn't that strong.

Reject dial is as strong as the power you store in it.

Maybe that king's punch will be absorbed.

The king will attempt to punch Bellamy at some point. Due to Bellamy having spring like arms and legs, he should be able to absorb the puncht he King throws. I don't think that Bellamy will have the same power as a reject dial though it would be a little more interesting if he did.

It's possible he uses dials but they might not be allowed in the arena.
I like the idea btw
