In naruto series he said believe it all the time. When the series became naruto shippuden I dont remember him ever saying believe it. Can someone prove me wrong or is there a reason behind it.

It's definitely present in the Japanese dub where he says "Dattebayo" all the time.

He may had said it a couple of time's in shippuden but not as much as he did in part one :( I miss part 1.

I always thought that about the Japanese dub, because I always heard him say "dattebayo" but it never showed it in the subtitles. XD

He never actually says believe it. The original English series included Believe It because they wanted to keep his catch phrase intact and it most matched the lip movements. In the original Japanese dub, he says "Dattebayo", which has no real meaning. It's present in the Japanese anime, but translators seem to dislike the phrase, so they omit it, especially believe it.
