Being Uptight for fandom sake or allowing plot holes to be correctly filled

So these episodes seem to be filling in all the plotholes we got with the Ootsuki and eye tech stuff but alas it seem some people are overly butthurt about it since it elevates another type of eye

I mean in the end all 4 clans are basically one gigantic family and yet people which to but fandom defense force into full action in order to not give a significant boost to another fandom


I mean seriously? I'd rather choose filling out plotholes

so called fillers aren't complete yet and we have the Boruto manga post movie arc to add more later as well

who knows what the complete picture will be lack by then

Rinnegan comes from fruit power

Seeing how Madara awakened Rinnegan in a BLIND eye, I don't really see why Hagoromo having his Byakugan turn to Rinnegan would be a big deal. :|

OT : I don't see why the filler is a big deal, it's not contradicting the manga plotline, Byakugan powers and RinneSharingan powers were divided between two bloodlines, no different to Hagoromo's body and his eye power being divided between his children

Kaguya becoming evil before her children were born if I am not mistaken :| according to Hagoromo his mother wasn't always like that as he recalled.

The backstory really isn't a big deal. It's just not canon, it's good it helps with closure though

She didn't become evil in today's episode. She just resolved to use power in order to rule over the world along side her children. This resolve has long already been stated in canon material. Heck, even upon first hearing her name in the manga, we were told that Kaguya got the idea that if someone obtained divine power, he/she could rule over the world and end all the wars (and we were told that this took place before Hagoromo and Hamura were born).

I never said it was canon though. I just said it didn't create any plot holes. I think people have a habit of assuming that filler automatically means plot holes.

I wasn't talking about you personally. But rather than being worried about plot hole of a couple episodes most fandoms draw the line between Canon and non Canon material for the sake of debates and allowing in something of questionable canonicity creates more problems than its worth

But his eye wasn't a Byakugan, it has the Byakugan design because that's how Otsutsuki eyes look like, but the Byakugan powers were inherited by Hamura and not by him.

I think what people are complaining about is the idea of him having the same powers as Hamura because Hago only inherited the eye powers from the RinneSharingan. But the Sage never used Byakugan jutsu in the latest episode so I agree there's no plot hole.
