now although its not the same with gaara and naruto we never seen bee's eyes like the 8 tails which doesnt matter but what i concluded is that whoever host the 10 tails will get these eyes and with that a new power.

The manifestation of the Rinnegan will not just leave... It's an actual Dojutsu. Naruto's Eyes and Gaara's eyes when they symbolize their Bijuu's is to distinguish the Bijuu's. The Rinnegan is much different.
