*master arrives* U_U OKAYYYYYYYY! The jutsu I'm about to show you is made to blind the enemy, and its not a wall o text cuz I can't do that. LOL, It is a bright halo above your head and it stays there. I actually need to update this jutsu to specify you can use other elements (but...yeah you should be able to use other elements so no one should give you hell about that. >_>). I made it specifically for taijutsu really, so that I can fight a blind opponent.....and if you just want it for cosmetic reasons then thats fine too. LOL, It might sound weird when you read it as I made it on the spot and I didn't get any sleep the night before....so forgive me for that. >_>

Description: The user will create a small halo that hovers over his head. It has been shown that Raiton was capable of becoming so bright that it blinds the enemy. The halo will be so compressed of bright Raiton that it creates a bright light that prevents the enemy from viewing him. This gives the user an advantage to pressure the enemy.
Restrictions/Notes:
-Must be taught by Omega
-Can only be used 2 times
-Requires 1 turn cool down before used again
-Lasts 3 turns or until ended
