Being a criminal means nothing in Naruto, just like in our real world

I always thought the label of criminal was worthless because it's such an easy label to obtain. All it means is you got labeled by your judicial system as a criminal, nothing more, it doesn't matter if what you did was harmful to other people or not. For example, a pot smoker in Canada would be considered a criminal if he/she kept on smoking their joint while crossing the border into US territory. See how fast and easy it is to become a criminal? That's why I hate victimless crimes being an issue for lawmakers, and why I believe in doing whatever you want as long as it doesn't harm others.

Just look at One Piece, our heroes are criminals, but only because their corrupt government labels them so, we know they're not a threat to any community. We can even look at Sasuke for this, I see him as a more extreme George Washington. He took out Danzo, So? Danzo was stubborn and would have killed more innocent Konoha villagers if he wanted to. Sasuke become affiliated with Orochimaru, so? He killed Orochimaru and let Oro's prisoners free. Sasuke attacked the kages, so? They judged him as a criminal and attacked him first. The only thing that would make Sasuke an honest criminal would be if he killed Naruto, Gaara, or any other figure of hope in NV. Gaara doesn't deserve to die because he brought the world closer to trusting each other, same with Naruto. What do you think?

Attacked Bee.

It should be Bee, and the 8 tails choice if they want to press charges. Until then, Sasuke can be left off the hook. We don't consider Itachi a criminal for trying to kidnap Naruto. So, why treat Sasuke any different?

He did say five kage..this includes Gaara. Tsunade didnt do anything either. He joined akatuski interrupted a meeting between kages. He even stated he wanted to kill the likes of Kakashi, and others affiliated with the Leaf. He didnt just go for Danzo...he is a criminal...LOL

Yeah, I see him following Naruto around and saying he wants to take Naruto as trying. But, I admit, Sasuke did do more to B than Itachi did to Naruto.

Also, it was Itachi's mission to infiltrate Akatsuki as a spy. A mission given by Hiruzen, Danzo and the elders. And yeah, he was considered as a criminal. Sasuke left the village that is treason, and he didn't have anyone's approval.

I know, but until Sasuke does something new, he's safe. He more than likely would have been let off with a warning since he helped save the world. If he actually goes through with this revolution, then he will be an international criminal again.

Well, yeah he did good things too, so if he stops his rebel, he may get pardon.

The question is, how far does Sasuke have to go in order for him to be a criminal again? Does attacking the bijuu make him a criminal again? I don't think so, people attack each other all the time in this manga and aren't considered criminals.
