Well, if he did have more jutsu,like say something like what Danzo had, he'd be able to spam those techniques with his shadow clones...so he'd be too Op and the enemies would have to have been made stronger to balance that out. So, probably not.

I've seen plenty, one of them, Namikaze Redux or something made Naruto combine Ice and I think Storm as well. Too OP... some with some ridiculous ass crossovers lol
