-Make sure your somewhat comparable skill wise so it can be a balanced match.
-A grassy field divided by a stream. We face each other on opposite sides of the stream.

[Perception]

So an Uchiha is my first opponent. Such a tragic breed. Succumb to their own emotions and in the end annihilated because of it.

Genkai looks down at the ground making sure not to glance in her opponents eyes. She builds up Doton chakra and releases it. After performing the rat hand seal 2 giant rocks form on either side of Sasuke. Genkai slaps her hands together and the rocks crush Sasuke.

Description: After performing the Rat hand seal, the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

Genkai then takes out 3 kunai from her pouch and prepares to throw them. She runs towards the direction of Sasuke jumping across the stream and getting into short range. She throws the kunai towards Sasuke. Right after throwing them she builds up wind chakra and claps her hands together. This compresses the wind around her into a gale. The gale is released in the direction of the kunai and increases their velocity.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Sasuke will not be taken down so easily. I better take care of those eyes.

Genkai builds up her water chakra and uses it to manipulate the water in the stream behind her. The chakra saps moisture out of the stream and Sasuke finds himself in a thick fog. Genkai uses the fog to conceal herself and runs back across the stream in an arc to Sasukes left. She ends up back at mid range from Sasuke facing his direction.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

"An Uchiha? You should be honored to fight someone of my calibur." Sasuke boasted as he analyzed his opponent's skill level by looking at his appearance and how confident he was. He continues watching and sees his opponent forming two handseals. "Handseals already? Wouldn't it be better if you told me your name?" Sasuke then feels the ground beneath him begin to shake. "Hmph, i guess not." He sends his doton chakra in the ground beneath him, and with his chakra, he uses it to create a small pillar of earth to rise up underneath him. He channels chakra in the bottom of his feet, giving him the ability to jump higher. He jumps closer to you, landing on the stream/lake of water.

Descripton: Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth

As he lands, he immediately sees a barrage of kunais followed by a wind technique coming towards him. Since he is now at the stream, he utilizes the earth in front of the stream to create a half-domed defense. The wind and kunais are halted by the defense of the dome. (So, i'm right next to the border of the stream and earth, and i use the earth in front of me to create a dome.)

(Doton: Iwa Enchou no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Earth Dome Technique

Description:The user creates a dome of earth, which protects them from external attacks. The domes shape is in a similar fashion to wood release: wood locking walls. That creates a half face dome.

Suddenly, a thick mist appears out of no where. "Whaa- Oh, i see." He says as he hears footsteps on water a little to his left. (We would be at short-range now, since i am in the stream of water.)

Sasuke then creates a series of handseals, making rain clouds appear. It starts to rain soon enough, and Sasuke utilizes the raindrops to find the exact location of your chakra. Sasuke, once finding your exact location, throws two kunais with explosive tags attatched to the end. And due to the mist you created, it would come as a surprise to see kunais coming out of the mist randomly <_>

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

 

[Perception]

As Sasuke lands on the stream Genaki throws the kunai and she says,

I'm sorry for the late introduction but my name is Genkai. Sometimes I get ahead of myself, but don't worry you won't remember that name for long.

As Genkai runs on the stream dark clouds begin to form in the sky. The clouds are saturated and soon a heavy rain begins to cover the battlefield. The rain starts to dissipate the mist and Genkai turns around to find Sasuke just a short distance from her as two kunai with paper tags rapidly approach her out of the clearing mist. Due to the rain dissipating the mist Genkai is able to see the kunai approaching at the last instant. Genkai builds up water chakra and releases it into her right arm molding it into the shape of a shield. Genkai swings her right arm and blocks the kunai with the shield.

Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards in front of them create a shield of water that can aide in defense against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

When the kunai hit the shield the paper bombs go off pushing Genkai back slightly but still in short range.

That was close. He certainly doesn't disappoint.

Genkai still standing on the stream builds up her water chakra and performs the tiger hand seal. A clone made of water is formed next to Genkai. Genkai quietly says something to the clone and hands it a kunai with a paper bomb. Genkai and the clone then take of running towards Sasuke. The clone runs towards Sasuke approaching in a arc from his left, and Genkai approaches in an arc from his right. The arcs are about 2 m in radius.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

As Genkai and the clone approach Sasuke they build up chakra in their bodies. The clone builds up water chakra and Genkai builds up normal chakra. The clone performs the hand seals Rat → Ox → Dog and Genkai performs the hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox as if they were performing a offensive water jutsu. The correct signs for the offensive water jutsu are Rat → Dog → Ox as Genkai has performed, but Genkai has purposely built up the wrong type of chakra for this technique.
As Genkai performs the last hand seal Sasuke finds himself trapped in a Genjutsu where he sees the clone on his left continuing to run towards him.

In actuality after performing the last hand seal Genkai and the clone stop running and immediately jump backwards. While in the air both Genkai and the clone throw kunai with paper bombs at Sasuke from his left and right to coincide with the Genjutsu. After they throw the kunai they land 2 m in front of Sasuke again on his left and right.

Description: The user does one handseal and throws a paper bomb at the enemy. The enemy, trapped in a genjutsu will see a clone of the user advancing upon him. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it explodes.

"I won't live to say your name again, is that what you are implying?" Sasuke said, getting excited with the way his opponent said it in an intimidating manner. "I must apologize, at first i thought you would be a boring match for me, but i guess i was wrong." Sasuke continued to watch his opponent creating something out of water, which appeared to be a clone. As he sees the legs of the clone being molded, Sasuke performs the snake handseal and expels an incredibly large amount of water chakra in the outside. The water he expels was large, and it was the form of a wave and crashing quickly to the clone and the original. As he reached the clone, who was now fully formed, he takes his sword and slashes the clone and Genkai from the right to the left.

[Perception]

Genkai stares intently across the stream at Sasuke.

Sasuke, is this another game to you? No human is a one man show. Every decision you make affects the countless people who care about you. Haven't you figured that out yet? Are you going to let your hatred destroy you?!

As Genkai finishes talking Sasuke releases a large amount of water chakra in the form of a giant wave. This disrupts Genkai's original plan so she has to improvise. Sasuke is riding on top of the wave waiting to strike. Just before the wave hits Genkai's clone fully forms. Genkai looks at her clone.

Kneel down. I'm going to the top of that wave. You know what to do.

The clone kneels down as Genkai builds up chakra in her feet. Genkai forcefully steps onto the clones back with her right foot and launches herself into the air directly at the incoming wave. Not jumping high enough to get to the top of the wave Genkai quickly builds up water chakra using it to create a water shark that jumps out from the front of the wave. The shark jumps from a high point in the wave and jumps downwards towards Genkai.

With chakra still concentrated in her feet Genkai jumps on the body of the incoming water shark and uses her momentum to push herself to the top of the wave. When Genkai jumps on the shark the clone becomes unstable due to being too far from Genkai and disappears. In an instant before she jumps off the shark Genkai builds up chakra and directs it towards Sasuke's brain trapping him in a genjutsu. Sasuke feels the sun getting brighter and brighter. Eventually Sasuke covers his eyes due to the brightness caused by the illusion.

Description: The user casts an illusion over an area that allows him to manipulate the way an area looks to fool an opponent. He can only change the way the terrain looks, and not any other feature.

So I hear you like to play with swords. Well, lets see how good you really are!

As Genkai reaches the top of the wave Sasuke still has his hands covering his eyes. Genkai builds up water chakra and releases it into her right hand forming a water sword. With sword in hand Genkai raises the sword in the air and slashes across Sasukes body from her right to left.

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.

"Interesting games you like to play, i presume. However, these games are useless to the face of an Uchiha. But, i must say, i give you props for being daring enough to even consider going close to me!"

As Sasuke feels the warm sun coming out, illuminating brighter and brighter every second, he concluded that it was a genjutsu because he had not seen his opponent weave any signs, nor did he know any technique close to something that creates the sun's light even brighter. He put his two hands together and sent a surge of chakra throughout his whole body after completely halting his chakra system. The illusionary sun rays faded away.

"Dirty genjutsu? You cannot full an Uchiha."

When he opens his eyes, he sees you forming a sword made out of water, which was already near to complete. He channeled chakra in the water beneath him and makes a pillar of water rise up and thrust him in the air, making you miss your slash. Furthermore, since Sasuke was detached from the wave of water, the water would rise down, so you would fall down while Sasuke was thrusted in the air. Once Sasuke falls down, he strikes you in your shoulders with his left palm to your right shoulder, making you crash against the ground.

"Don't mess with an Uchiha!"

Description: The user does one hand seal to focus and then proceeds to disturb his chakra flow by forcefully stopping it momentarily and then "spiking" his spiritual energy, unbalancing his chakra. This dispels any genjutsu set upon the user except MS Eye Techniques, Paralysis-like Genjutsu and Demonic Illusion: Toad Confrontation Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.

[Perception]

Genkai misses Sasuke with her sword and watches as he flies into the air. As this happens she lands on the top of the wave. The distance between Genkai and Sasuke is about 3 m as the wave crashes to the ground. Due to the large size of the wave Genkai ends up ashore of the stream on land. This is due to the natural drifting of water as the wave comes down (I envision a stream being about 3 m in width so I think a large wave would completely encompass it). Sasuke slowly turns his body in mid-air so his weight follows the drift of water and he remains directly above Genkai. Genkai thinks to herself as she's falling,

He's definitely skilled in evasion. This is going to keep being a stale mate if I don't find a different way to attack. If I use a hand seal he'll most likely counter with a large scale jutsu again. This plan is risky but it should work.

Genkai waits until Sasuke is 1 m above her. Sasuke readies his palm to strike and Genkai builds up her earth chakra and releases it through her feet into the ground. A rock pillar quickly rises out of the earth and meets Sasuke's palm head on. The rock lessens the force of the strike but doesn't completely dissipate it (C rank tech vs D-Rank tech). Sasuke's palm breaks the rock and hits Genkai in the shoulder with the force of a dampened palm thrust.

The instant Sasuke's palm strikes Genkai builds up water chakra in her mouth. She takes one look at Sasuke's chin and quickly rotates her face upwards and brings it forward to stare directly at Sasuke (like going in for a kiss). At the same time she steps off her back right foot and lunches towards Sasuke. Before making eye contact Genkai closes her eyes while simultaneously performing the hand seals Ram → Tiger. She spits out a sticky liquid from her mouth covering Sasuke's face (Sasukes face is now 2 ft from Genkai's face).

Description: The user after performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few meters, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channeling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

The sticky liquid hits Sasuke in the eyes and covers his whole face. It also makes his lips stick together as well. The liquid that Genkai spits out is wide in scope and most of it flew by Sasuke's face and landed behind him. After the liquid hits the ground Genkai builds up wind chakra and releases it on the outside of her body. She claps her hands together compressing the wind around them and forming a gale. The gale pushes Sasuke back and knocks him over into the sticky liquid on the ground behind him. Genkai gathers chakra on the bottom of her feet and walks over to Sasuke with kunai in hand and throws it at his heart.

Sasuke inside his head praises Genkai of her quick thinking and softening up the punch, however, disappointed that he did not deal a whole lot of damage. As he lands on the ground, he sees genkai forming two handseals. By the time he had a chance to react, a sticky liquid covers his face, but he can still see through it since the liquid was clear. "Damn! I can't get myself distracted, gotta buy some time!" He is then pushed back by a blast of wind as he tried taking the sticky fluid out of his face, but before he landed, he cloaked himself with chakra so that he can walk on the sticky liquid since he had previously analyzed that some of the sticky liquid was probably released behind him, since his head was not big enough to catch all the fluid.

Sasuke pretends that he is stuck on the ground to keep up the trick. Sasuke watches as Genkai takes out a kunai, but at the same time he is manipulating the stone and earth around him with his chakra. Before genkai throws the kunai, he covers himself with stone and earth with the chakra he sent out on the ground earlier. The new armor easily tanks the kunai.

Because Sasuke was on the ground and genkai was standing up, Sasuke was able to perform a higher kick from the ground faster and easier since they were both in the right position. Sasuke kicks Genkai, making her body jump up a few feet on the air. While you are falling to the ground face first, Sasuke jumps up and grabs you by your legs. He grabs you with his legs and arms and wraps himself around you, adding weight to the fall. When you fall, your head and neck and skull takes tremendous damage.

"Sorry, i really did not want to do that to a... girl"

(Doton no Yoroi) - Earth Release Armor

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to A rank normal ninjutsu but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind

Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Description: The user grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, similar to the Front Lotus.

 

[Perception]

Sasuke channels chakra around his whole body before falling in the sticky liquid on the ground behind him. Genkai walks over and throws a kunai at him as he forms armor made of rock around his entire body. Sasuke then kicks upwards off the ground towards Genkai (I'm not completely sure about this as the tech says you gain power from falling backwards, and when Sasuke performs the tech he is lying on the ground not falling). As Sasuke kicks the rock armor still surrounds him as he didn't release it. The armor is heavy and slows down his attack to that of a normal kick. This gives Genkai enough time to react to his movement.

Your a good actor I'll give you that.

Genkai builds up her doton chakra and releases it into the ground below. As Sasuke directs his kick towards Genkai he feels a tremor in the ground below him. The tremor causes him to lose his balance and disrupts the kick.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremor that can result in harming the enemy target.

Since the rock armor is heavy Sasuke will not completely fall over but it will cause him to stumble. While in his unbalanced state Genkai builds up Futon chakra in her lungs and expels a sphere of air at Sasuke. The sphere of air hits Sasuke and weakens his rock armor(Now C-Rank).

Description: The users gathers his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sphere of air at his target that can blow backwards the opponent and small objects around him.

This battle won't be won through haste. I'll fall back for now.

Genkai builds up her doton chakra and releases into the ground below her. A small pillar of earth comes out of the ground at a 45 degree angle below Genkai's feet. The surface of the pillar is smooth and hits Genkai's feet launching her 5 m into the air. In the air Genkai pulls out a kunai with a paper bomb from her pouch and throws it at Sasuke. She then lands 10 m (mid range) away from Sasuke facing his direction. The stream is 5 m to Genkai's left/Sasuke's right.

What the heck? Crap! Sasuke thinks to himself as the ground beneath him begins shaking, making him partially lose his balance and having his kick miss. "Hm you must think you're real cleve-" Once again, his sentence was halted when Genkai pushed him back a few feet and weakened his armor. Aggggh, this girl's pissing me off. Sasuke sees the forming of the small pillar, pushing her high up in the air. Ugh i can barely walk with this heavy armor weighing me down. Sasuke releases the chakra from his armor. The stones and earth used to make the armor falls down to the ground, and Sasuke runs up to genkai who was in mid air. While he ran towards genkai, he kneaded chakra in his throat. As genkai was making her way to the ground, Sasuke releases an extremely strong and pressurized torrent of water, aimed for her stomach to pierce through heror at least deal a lot of damage and maybe kill her.

"Running away will get you no where!"

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

Genkai as she lands mid range from Sasuke sees a large torrent of water approaching her fast.

I only have one jutsu that can deal with something that size. Here goes nothing.

Genkai builds up a large amount of wind chakra in her body and performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog. She inhales a large amount of air and releases a large wind chakra sphere from her mouth at the ground. The sphere is angled so that it pushes off the ground and launches Genkai in the air directly above the torrent in Sasuke's direction.

Genkai is now flying through the air in an arc 3 m above Sasuke. Her trajectory eventually places her directly vertical above Sasuke. Right before Genkai is directly above Sasuke she builds up wind chakra in her body and performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog. When Genkai arrives above Sasuke she releases a large sphere of wind chakra from her mouth. The sphere travels downward and hits Sasuke. Shortly after before Genkai lands she pulls out a kunai with a paper bomb and throws it at Sasuke's back. Before landing Genkai rotates her weight so she spins around and lands staring at Sasuke's back. She lands on the ground 8 m (mid-range) from Sasuke.

Once Sasuke sees the wind technique push you on top, he immediately thinks of nothing but attacking you while you were in mid-air. Sasuke activates his curse seal, giving him increased strength for a short duration. As the curse seal was activating, he slams his hands on the ground, summoning a large wave of water to come above Genkai, where he timed it so it would attack Genkai a few feet from Sasuke and a few feet above Genkai, causing her to fall to the ground.

After Genkai was drenched, Sasuke uses lightning chakra in his hands to create a ball of lightning. He throws this lightning ball towards the opponent, who in turn was shocked and fried due to her being drenched.

Description: The user wills the opening of the cursed seal partially, giving him more chakra and more strength, as the Senjutsu Chakra contained within the seal is unleashed upon the users body in a reduced amount. Patterned red lines that extend from the Cursed Seal on the body of the user course through the user's body, covering it in a repetitive pattern as their body surges with chakra. When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.

Genkai is in mid air when she sees Sasuke slam his hands on the ground. She is confused because is seems like Sasuke didn't do anything. Not knowing what he did Genkai elects to stop Sasuke before he can finish his jutsu. She builds up a large amount of wind chakra in her body and performs the hand seals Tiger → Dog. She then fires a large wind sphere at Sasuke earlier than initially planned. Sasuke will either have to release his jutsu to defend himself or get hit by the sphere.

Sorry for the late response. I got accepted into a village and now have 10 training thread plus another battle. I'll try to be better about responding in the future. I'll wait to see how you respond to this instead of performing the other 2 jutsu since, what you do is going to determine what happens to me.

"You certainly are... a naive fool, Genkai." With that said, Sasuke releases the full extent of his Curse mark and completely cancels his water technique before doing so. He evolved almost instantly, growing wings and having an unimaginable power. He flies extremely fast, dodging the sphere made of wind. Because we were at short-range, he was able to fly towards you quickly. While flying, he releasing a blade of wind that is unblockable due to the intangibility of the technique itself. When the blade hits you, Sasuke would reach you. He gathers wind chakra right after releasing the wind technique and continues flying towards you. After the first wind technique hits, he punches you with the second, aimed at the stomach which pushes you down to the ground with extreme and maybe fatal damage done.

Description: After opening the first level of the seal, the user forcefully opens the seal completely, unleashing the full extent of Senjutsu Chakra contained in it which floods his body. Because this Senjutsu Chakra is raw and is fueled by the enzymes extracted from Jugo's DNA, the user will experience a physical transformation unique to him. As the seal opens, the previous black markings glow almost like fire and grow covering the user completely. As the transformation ends, his skin gains a grayish tone, his sclera becomes black and his eyes change in shape. The transformation is unique from user to user but always has some animalistic feature to it. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body.While in this stage the user gains +20 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +10 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is improved as is his speed. Once it deactivates (regardless of being willed or timing out) it leaves the user drained of stamina for 3 turns as well as unable to mold chakra above B-Rank or use Taijutsu above D-Rank for 3 turns. His speed drops drastically (2 ranks) as the damage and pain produced by the stress on his body overcomes the user. After those 4 turns, the user regains some of his ability to mold chakra, with each turn increasing by one the rank of chakra he can mold. His physical penalties however aren't recovered unless the user is healed.
