As Misaka is continuing her journey, she stumbles across an odd character wearing a traditional Japanese outfit along with a Katana. As they get closer, Misaka starts sensing a bad vibe, almost conflicting..so she stops and prepares for battle.

Okay, here I go.

Remember, we're short range.

As I see you reach for something in your outfit (since you didn't specify you already had it out), I rapidly take out two kunais, one special and one normal. Then I proceed to throw the kunai I had in my left hand at your body, stabbing you. This kunai is the 5SDK and as soon as its sent, my mist starts spreading out throughout the area, and you fall under it's effect.

A combination of your smoke bomb and the already existing mist leaves us completely out of sight of each other since you only moved backwards.

Moments later I see two kunais approaching me (after they pass the smoke) so I throw two with my left hand to neutralize the attack.

As the smoke begins to fade, I see two shadowy figures. I automatically assume either they are two clones, or you plus a clone. Upon realizing this, I throw two shuriken at each to see the outcome. As they both "poof" away I realize you are no longer there and since the smoke is practically gone I can see you standing further away from me.

Since we're mid-range, I decide to throw a smoke bomb, making you unable to see my next move. (Covers the narrow road). As the smoke sets off I make two clones and they start rushing directly at you (they pass straight through the smoke since all they have to do is run forward). As this occurs I use it as a distraction and I start making my way to you by climbing a tree and going through the branches with a kunai in my right hand.

Since you didn't say you moved or anything, for the purpose of this match your clone (which I don't know it is one yet) and you (being the rock) are standing still next to (or very near to) each other.

Since the purpose was to reach your location without you knowing, I don't assume the clone is actually one, I just assume you haven't seen me. As I realize this, I throw two 5SDK, one 5 feet ahead of you and the other 5 feet behind you. Since you can't move right (because there's a cliff) and you can't move left (because there's a "wall" the mountain) the mist undoubtedly caught you because even if you move forward or backward the mist would still affect you because the kunais are 5 feet ahead and behind you.

Remember, your clone and you (being the rock) are either right next to each other or nearby, so the mist does catch you.

As the mist spreads I throw a kunai to the clone (I figured it was a clone because it poofed after the kunai hit it). Noticing it wasn't you, I throw four kunais (left hand) and five shurikens (right hand) to the area covered with the mist. With the mist's effect, even if you dodge them or counter them you still get hit. Your transformation technique is revealed since I inflicted pain on you. (Or it lasts one turn whatever)

Due to the speed of throwing a kunai and me rushing the other direction it would only barely affect me, also taking into consideration that they were both 5 feet away from me on both sides.

Also, let's take as an example smoke from an exhaust, it doesn't spread out that quickly, but when it's from a still position it is, I created enough distance before that happened also considering the fact it's short range, I barely made any contact with it so it wouldn't affect me.

Again with an example of smoke, if you barely come in contact nothing happens, if you come in contact with alot you cough, smoke being the mist and coughing being the effect.​

Alright, I'll counter your original move then.

As I see you climbing the tree and I'm and sprinting towards me, I get off my branch and I start sprinting towards you down the tree with a prepared kunai in my right hand. As we're getting close to each other I see you performing your attack, so, as your blade is approaching me I stop the reversed side (since you said you were using that side) from hitting me with the palm of my hand, stopping the attack. As I do this, I simultaneously position my kunai against your neck.

Let me make you picture this clearly:

As your diagonal attack is reaching my right waist, I wait for the very last second to block it with the palm of my left hand. As I do this, I simultaneously put my kunai against your neck, making your next move fatal, whether small or big. My kunai is right near your neck, it would only take an instant to slice it (literally 0.01s) so you're move would have to be in less than a second, and since you don't have lighting enhancement, I see it impossible.

As the strength of a quickdraw slash wouldn't be able to be stopped by a simple palm of the hand whether it's reversed or not since a quickdraw slash is more powerful then a regular one, it would cause you to stumble(meaning you won't be able to put the kunai on my neck quick enough) seizing the moment, I send a horizental attack with the scabbard against the back of your right knee, making you stumble once more, which would loosen your grip on my blade after which I pull it back, flip it over to the sharp side and send another diagonal upwards slash towards your waist before you'd be able to regain your foothold.

To be honest, I chose to use one for the sake of not killing, since I'd usually use a regular Katana and the foothold on a tree ain't that great, meh.. you win then lol, lemme know when you want to have another battle and I won't restrict myself by using a reverse blade.
