Interesting thread.
Shisui and Itachi are very much alike.
Shisui:
-Best Genjutsu Technique
-Renowed for his Shunshin
-Will of fire, like Kagami his dad
Itachi:
-Best Genjutsu User
-Crazy blitz abilities(FTC)
-Will of fire, as stated be Hashirama, even stronger than his.
Probably thats why Kishi made them best friends.
As a duo, Itachi/Shisui would shiz on any other duo in NV tough
