Weeks before Cleo would leave bot he had assigned it to battle specific ninja's to grow the bots physical capabilities. So Hop would await an opponent in a grassy plane, clear of obstructions and distractions. This was going to be the first of the many fights its master would put it in.

Mirajane alongside the other members of fairy tail had recently been assigned with new tasks. The missions in question as per each member differed from each other but in this case? It was Mirajane’s job to apparently train and assist some sort of combat bot learn how to fight. It was awkward for her truth but told but she accepted never the less. It took a while for her to arrive at the designated location. “I assume you’re the one who I have to teach?” the girl said.

She was a bit confused but she carried on with her intentions of trying to teach a machine how to fight. Utilizing her chakra, she would release a minor amount from her body which is leaked and immediately absorbed into her dark marking on her palms. This acts as a fuel, in which with her line of sight caused the immediate ground around the opponent to burst into bright blue flames.

This wasn’t the end of it, as she would make a sole handseal. This caused gas to be summoned all around the short range vicinity of the robot, causing the blue flames to ignite it and explode into a violent maelstrom of flames. Mirajane simply stood in her position; wonder how her opponent would react to her small combination.

Meiton: Jigyaku Keikō - Dark Release: Masochistic Tendency (Passive)

Description: Masochistic Tendency is an invention by a Dark user in need to be more resourceful of his Dark Release chakra in certain cases. This is considered a passive technique and does not affect the time frame. The process of this technique unfolds like the following. Borrowing a small portion of his original raw chakra inside his body (exactly 20 chakra points), the user will deliver it into either of his dark marks. The mark will absorb this chakra and automatically convert it into dark chakra, which is then stored inside of the mark, unaffected. The user can alternatively send his chakra into both of his dark marks simultaneously, thus he spends 40 chakra points. The absorption of 20 chakra points will enable the user to perform one dark technique (up to A rank) which requires it and whereas 40 chakra points will allow the user to perform one S rank technique.

Description: Before performing this technique the user is required to have Dark chakra stored within their mark. The user begins by activating their mark & continues to channel chakra onto an object they focus on(limited through the user's vision), they manipulate their chakra to manifest a light blue flame as seen with techniques such as "(Meiton: Jajjimento) - Dark Release: Judgment", however Torturous interference specifically materialises on contact with the target as a localised concentration of fire rather than the former which is released as a blast of flames. Upon creation the flame rapidly spreads across the object, completely devouring it until nothing is left. By following Dark's strengths & weaknesses this technique is effective against neutral techniques of the same rank, B-Rank techniques of elements strong to Dark and S-Rank techniques of elements weak to Dark, but cannot be used against Earth or elements in relation to it & when used against water techniques, it simply devours the chakra, causing the water to simply drop in it's place. It can also work on corporeal techniques such as Shadow Clones, Ink Ninjutsu & other material forms of chakra/energy. The flame starts off as a large ember & continues to grow to the same size as the object it consumes until nothing is left to which it simply dissipates. If the opponent is in contact with the object then the flame continues to spread across onto them, spreading across their body & causes severe 3rd degree burns across the affected area as well as internal injuries if applicable through the technique devoured, it will continue to spread until extinguished. This technique cannot directly effect the opponent or their summon, however if they are coated in chakra it can devour the chakra & continue to burn the opponent in it's trail, if the coating is weaker than the technique

Description:
This is a unique technique utilising the flammable gas form of Katon similar to the canon Mist Blaze Dance jutsu. To begin the user will string two additional hand seals onto the performance of another jutsu. By doing so they will form a cloud of flammable and extremely volatile gas in an area chosen by the user and in an amount proportional to the first jutsu.

Alone this gas is harmless to any targets but due to its nature it is able to be ignited by any heat source in the area it is formed in, however slight it may be. For example any naked flame, heat present in sparks or generated through friction would be enough to ignite the gas and produce violently explosive results. The user can employ chakra control to angle the explosion away from the first jutsu to prevent any unwanted negative effects.

~Cannot be used in consecutive turns
~Can only be taught by Mellow
- only useable on A ranks and below

It was all so fast to the bot, its honestly a little sad. The girl would say to it:
"I assume you’re the one who I have to teach?" But before the bot could even answer the statement, the immediate area around it would ignite in blue flames, burning the bot. Hop would act quickly and smoothly while on fire, Hop would sink into the ground, right before the opponent committed to the hand sign. As a result Hop would be safe from the additional damage done by the flames, because he was beneath the flames themselves.
(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding Like A Mole Technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth. While inside the earth, the user cannot make handseals and can only use Earth techniques below C-Rank. If he tries to do a higher ranked technique, he'll disrupt the Hiding like a mole technique and be left crushed.

Without a second of break, Hop would pop out of the ground behind the opponent and create a shadow clone, which would jump infornt of Hop to protect from any incoming damage.
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

With protection now, Hop would do a dog hand-sign which would suddenly cause the sky to darken with storm clouds that would immediately start to pour rain. The large amount of rain would fall on Mirajane and sweep her off her feet while wrapping around her and binding her with the flow of water around her. Finally with breathing space, he would respond to her earlier statement.
(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Chakra: 20 (-50 to the enemy per turn whilst trapped)
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will first perform the Dog hand seal and release his chakra into the atmosphere which will then create an accumulation of large storm clouds in the sky, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain falling all around can then be turned into a large wave of water which sweeps the enemy off their feet while wrapping around him and binding him in the flow of water around him. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. The water vortex can be sustained and controlled for up to two turns as long as the user keeps the dog hand seal made.

It wasn’t surprising that the cyborg managed to get the hell out of dodge from Mirajane’s attack. As the ground behind her started to crack, she heard the person resurface from below the ground. Guess it wasn’t really an issue; but as she turned to see the cyborg create a clone of itself she smiled. It wasn’t really “fun" watching the desperation of the machine but never the less she was paid for a job. Immediately she turned to face them both; while weaving a single seal. This causes a wide barrier to expand from her position, all across the terrain (up to mid-range away). As this occurs, the same rain her opponent created would be suspended in mid-air, not reaching her position as yet but immediately drop towards the ground. This rendered the rain out of the control of the robot – which in turn the chakra within it would be absorbed into the barrier.

Mirajane then started to walk towards the cyborg. “Tell me, has a machine such as yourself ever experienced fear…” she said, unleashing her killing intent as she approached them. “Say, let’s see what makes you thick…” she said. While she was only playing a part, she didn’t intend on truly harming the machine.

Fuuin/Meiton: Ochiru - Sealing Arts/Dark Release: Downfall

Description: The user does one handseal and creates a violet barrier which spans across the battlefield with a mid-range radial reach. The unique characteristic of this barrier is that, along with Dark's ability to track chakra, will suspend any kind of matter/energy based element in mid air and bring it down abruptly to the ground, rendering it outside of control from the original user. Of course, operating in such a distinct manner would also mean that it follows the S&W scheme of the "Absorption" ability of Dark Release (S-ranks for elements weak to Dark, A-rank for neutral and B-rank for elements strong to Dark). Once the object in question hits the ground due to the abrupt drawing, the dark chakra will absorb the spiritual energy (physical too if the element is that of energy based) and store it to the barrier. The user needs to have physical contact with the barrier in order to draw the absorbed chakra in his dark mark as a Dark fuel for later purposes. The user can also adjust the position as he wishes as long as it is within the medium range area.

Note: Lasts for four turns and can only be used twice, with a one-turn cooldown

I'm assuming that the Hop is in the barrier, and therefore all its abilities still apply to Hop. For worst case scenario.


Tell me, has a machine such as yourself ever experienced fear…

Fear, it was programmed into Hop, but it had a bad habit of overriding the fear command, as it found such a command only detrimental to its development. The killing intent of the woman though was well felt by Hop, its circuit board advised avoiding approaching the opponent, but Hop overrode that command and instead decided approaching the opponent would be a better idea, data attainment wise. As the lady approached Hop, and said to the bot, “Say, let’s see what makes you thick…” Hop would immediately auto correct that sentence: “Say, let’s see what makes you tick…” While activating Iyashi Fomu, a yellowish spray would exit from the holes of its skin and when on contact with its skin, it would mend and heal the burns.

The user is able to use this foam up to 10 times at Jounin rank and decreasing 3 times every rank you go down.

"I know fear, but not what makes me tick. Lets find out," it would say to the lady as Hop sent its clone dashing at the girl entering close range, where it would do the Leaf Great Violent Sky technique on the opponent.
(Konoha Dairetsukū) – Leaf Great Violent Sky

Description: The user runs at the opponent, then kicking them into the stomach, following up with a spinning kick to the chest and punching multiple times to the upper body then follows up with a punch hitting the opponent into the sky. Once in the Air the user performs a spinning kick hitting the opponent into the ground where finally, they poses by raising their arms and bringing their legs together.

Once the opponent hit the ground, Hop would follow it up with a Leaf Strong Whirlwind, leaving its foot smashed into the girls back, keeping her stuck in the ground.

That, however, was the least of her worries as the clone was swiftly approaching her as well. She didn’t know really what it wanted to achieve but never the less – she allowed it to get close within range of her; now that it was close enough she would knead chakra into her dark mark in her right palm. This allowed her to form a javelin composed of the same dark energy stored within.

The javelin in question would be wielded to slash through the clone’s kick before it made contact with Mirajane – not only blocking the attack but serves as a means of getting rid of the clone too. If the real robot decided to approach still she would simply throw the javelin at him instead.

(Taibu Meiton No Jutsu) - Greater Dark Release Technique

Hop would not engage. It was a arrogant bot but not an idiot. It figured that close range would be an easy loss so long range was its best bet. Knowing that Hop needed to find a way to get this barrier down. But how, it wondered. It ran through possibilities and figured, instead of trying to take it down, not playing in it was a viable strategy. So instead Hop would move from mid range to long range. Once there it would await the opponents move, cautiously watching and waiting.

Watching the opponent attempt to avoid her instead of coming closer, Mirajane couldn’t help but smile a bit. It was interesting, watching the bot flee in fear but that fear will be it’s demise. Still holding onto the javelin, she immediately threw it at the enemy regardless of their attempt to avoid the barriers zone of effect it seem but right as she does, she would utilize another technique in tandem. Utilizing the needed seals - she slams her palms onto the ground, causing a barrier to immediately spawn from above the enemy to slam against it’s body. This kept him in place, as it began to drain his chakra but also it would allow the javelin to strike it’s mark accordingly. She would make sure to move closer to get into mid range again.

(Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces

Description: This technique is a stronger version of Infinite Embraces and is used basically in the same manner. The user will do the Tiger → Dog → Horse → Dragon → Boar hand seals and slam his hands on the ground, creating a bigger barrier than the original technique but similar in its essence which drains the target's chakra but also pushes down on them making it much harder to break free. The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.

Hop easily dodged the javelin but the sudden pressure after hand kept it from moving on its own. Realizing the opponents goal, Hop would do the snake hand-sign and spill water from its mouth. The water would then lift the ninja into the air and farther away from the opponent again: entering long range again. Once there, the pressure would disappear since Hop was out of its effective range. Due to the water moving Hop on its own and not Hop doing the actual movement, the justu's effect could do nothing to stop the water from affecting Hop.

Hop would once again await the opponents movement, this time though, if the opponent approached Hop would move accordingly backward. To keep the distance the same amount.

It was a bold attempt but Mirajane wasn’t going to let him just get away with it. “ I think I had enough of this game of cat and mouse…” she said as she conjured a Yin dragon. The dragon was composed of the element of Yin infused into dark release chakra, granting it a very bluish color – but the dragon in question immediately flew off into the direction of the water, barreling through it as it consumed the water into his maw. This caused a spiritual parasite to become attached to the robot know, as the giant dragon chased after him.

Mirajane in the meantime would also activate Cat Mode, allowing her to gain the characteristics of a cat. She immediately blitzed into the direction of her opponent as a result.

The user can create up to 5 serpentine dragons which, once created, can act independently according to the user’s will. Due to the user being able to manipulate multiple elements at once, each dragon created can be of a different nature. Each dragon will also have the absorption properties of “Hungry Ghost,” thus becoming even more dangerous. However, due to the massive amount of chakra and control needed to use these dragons, the user can only control two dragons at any given time. While the dragons are present, the user cannot use any Yang Release or elemental techniques that currently exist within the dragons. Yin Release masters can combine two natures together in order to make a multi-elemental dragon or even a dragon consisting of an advanced element or CE that they know. However, in doing so they will only be able to create two dragons.
Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle.
(Neko Mo-do) Cat Mode

The user can move as they normally would or they can run on all fours.
*Only lasts for 4 turns
*Can only be used once per battle
*Can only be used/taught by Hazure
*Must have signed the Contract with the Cats (held by Hazure)
*After the mode has ended, the user cannot move for 1 turn

DAMAGE OVERLOAD!! Hop's system would shut down and commit to emergency repairs when the dragon hit him. Unable to move during emergency repairs it was defeated.
