Bee should be in top5 in speed cause he raped sasuke so badly his fodder team mates had to go save 2'times, was keeping up with km naruto, faster than lee even with gates, so he under rated.

no way dude bee can not catch up with gai while in the eight gate even though nobody has ever seen the eight th gate before.

Bees base speed, while fairly impressive, is not on the top tier level of speed. Only in his V2 state is he at his fastest and comparable to the fastest in the NV.

remember that km naruto isnt using shunshin all the time though. it's when he uses shunshin that his base speed is incredible, normally it's bee/itachi level which is still top10. but minato, Ay, third raikage, gated guy/lee, madara and tobi are faster.

We are saying that only in his transformed state is he comparable to other speedsters.

Also, why do you have Obito? He has shown no real conclusive or notable speed feats that put him on par with the other shinobi who have been mentioned and widely known as being very fast in base.
