kabuto lies alot so it wouldn't be a surprise if he does have the white fang and note: the fourth hokage can't be revived because his soul is sealed in the death god belly

If Kabuto was able to brinng back so many powerful shinobi

why wasnt the fourth brought back

? This could have played to a big advantage for him and Obito. Also why wasn't the White Fang brought back?
