-Bee was probably 18-24 when he first encountered Minato in the 3rd Great ninja War which was when Kakashi was 13.
-Probably right after the war Minato became Hokage and we know he was younger than 30 when this happened. If we can say Minato was 23-25 when he became a Kage and had Naruto, then knowing Naruto is 16 now we can say:
-Killer Bee is 34-40 years old

35 is not very old.
In the Naruto world people in their 70's like Hiruzen and Chiyo could still massively whoop ass. 35 is nothing.
