As shown in last cheptr bee stoped raikages punch. When raikage was going 2 punch naruto 2nd tym then bee stop it. At the tym bee was stand sum far from them. Its not shown in manga that with which speed he he able 2 block raikages punch. But i think he is able 2 keep up with raikage in speed. He has full control on 8 tails n able 2 use his most powerful wepon(tailed beast bomb). So what u think who win if there is a fight between raikage n bee?

Hmm, well I think he can but only because of the eight tails. Then again if Sasuke almost beat bee, and Raikage almost beat sasuke... I think its about even.
