-Even in V1/v2, bee's speed far supersedes Jiraiaya's, and his durability is top notch. A lariat in v2 would cause serious damage.
-swamp of the underworld probably gets countered by Raiton flow.

Either way, once BM comes out, Bee wins easily.

If Jiraiya doesn't start in Sage Mode, B wins even without BM as V1 and V2 are more than enough to pressure Jiraiya long and hard enough to prevent him from calling the Toad Sages. B is far faster than Base Jiraiya, far more durable, and far stronger than he is. (Physically) He'd tank his moves with the Bijuu cloak and kill him with Lariat.

If he does start in Sage Mode, then Bijuu Dama one shots.

the impact of his own bijuudama. The big ball rasengan, and the toad summonings are not doing jack to him. He has shown massive durability has he was able to survive for a while even after being hit by amaterasu. Once he uses BM, a single bijuudama kills Jiraiya.

--8-Tails whirlwind can also be used to blow jiraiya away, along with the fact that his raiton affinity can negate yomi numa, and can break most of the genjutsus through partner method, and the fact that the hachibi can tank all of jiraiyas rasengans means that jiraiya is not winning this

Flame frog oil tsuname can hurt bm bee but it isn't enough to put him down ,also bm bee can avoid it easily and I can proof it if you wanted that

. All of Jiraiya's Rasengan variety will be tanked effortlessly; as Bee tanked the Juubi's TBB, Kurama's TBB and his own TBB. There is nothing in Jiraiya's Rasengan that will slightly hurt Bee. All of his elements such as the Doton: Swamp is pushed away with the tails, and Katon is withstood.

Once again, Bee murders him. V2 is all he needs.
