Bee takes this. He had the reflexes and reactions to intercept Minato's FTG completely and without Intel, and Minato is far superior to Obito in speed. So there will never be an instant where Obito takes him off-guard. All he does is create ink clones, Obito wraps the wrong one which he most become physical to do so, and Bee blitzes by V2.
