Actually itachi is the only one that could beat bee with his tsukyomi since it only takes one second to kill and hachibi couldn't react that fast as we can see when sasuke used his however sasukes tsukyomi is very weak and bee can easily counter it

Sasuke is lesser to itachi but not every character atm he is 1 or 2 wen it comes to living genjutsu users

If Bee is pathetic then Sasuke is pathetic. If not for Karin I think Bee would have killed Sasuke. And Bee didn't get captured by Sasuke; he merely tricked him.
