Because of two things.

1. He is a Perfect Jin. So the 8tails snaps him outta it.

2. His shades protect him from the light and remember when he fought one of the other Jins it did some blinding light tech but had no effect on his because of his shades. I know what you're thinking, he fought Sasuke and still got caught in the genjutsu.....But it's different because if the light hits you then you get caught so IMO Bee is not affected.

So when it shows that Bee is not affected I shall be.......I told you soo....

But the genjutsu is different from Sasuke and Itachis because it's the light that gets you in the genjutsu. Bee's shades protect him from it

Could be possible. We all know we need a Kumo nin to use the sages tools, and the last time I checked Bee is a kumo nin. And its unsure if hes caught up in it or not. So he and tenten can team up possibly.
