Raikage is known to be fast and he's faster than Bee. Naruto is faster than Raikage meaning he is faster than bee. Plus he has the better tail beast.

no you could block him cuz its all about timing bee was sitting back watching and bee knowing his brothers movements could of just timed it and blocked it it has nothing to do with being faster. the raikage gave sasuke a elbow sasuke dodged it and hit him with chidori. is sasuke faster than the raikage cuz eh dodged the attack no.

theres evidence in the manga of characters comparing naruto to minato's speed multiple times, in which minato is supposedly the fastest ninja the shinobi world has ever seen, however there is nothing indicating Bee is as fast as minato...Bee is still back there with sasuke...the normal fast ppl xD
