Tails mode is fast, but he won't fool Sasuke with that little trick. The only reason it work was because Sasuke was close to him and he needed to capture Bee so killing him was his last option.

Bee swords and lariat would be negated by Sasuke Susano'o rib cage with Enton surroundin it. Samehada don't even like fire so he defiantly won't like Amaterasu, and once bee transforms into the 8 tails he gets lit up with Amaterasu like last time.

samehada is a living sentient being with its own affinities, it can choose to say **** the fight if it likes and just leave, understand that, a basic katon jutsu made it writhe in agony, sasuke spamming the most potent fire jutsu in the manga means samehada will not be able to deal with it

IMO Killer Bee >= EMS Sasuke
Bee went over board and got a little careless when he took on Taka. The transformation was not needed b/c he already had the battle won with Sasuke half dead, it just made him an easier target to hit with amaterasu.
