Bee should still be alive. Hachibi cut one of his tails last minute. Meaning Bee still has bijuu in him, so the extraction was not complete and he should be fine. Full extraction is what kills a Jinjuriki.
Remember Hachibi lost one of its tails and it was sealed in the Gedo so now the situation is reserved, instead of just the tail being sealed now the tail is the one left out.
As we know from jinjurikis, they die when their tailed beasts are extracted. It doesnt do anything to their body but they are just supposed to die, putting a bijuu back in solves the problem as seen with Naruto.
So just a tiny bit should allow Bee to survive.
Also the fact of why even put that panel in there, Bee should have been dead right now and no focus was on it at all.
