The fight can go either way. I think Nagato is an extremely bad opponent for Killer B, Nagato can pretty much counter all of his techniques. For Itachi, his Susanoo is the major threat to Nagato's chances. I'm going to say the duo simply because you restricted Nagato's Gedo Mazo, I think that if he had it he'd win.
