Kenjutsu:
Bee is probably the best Kenjutsu fighter in this manga and one of the best close range fighter also. With his 7blades, he can even put into difficulties Sharingan users such as Sasuke:
Or Itachi:
And even Jinchurikis(who have both Sharingan and Rinnengan share vision). His skilfullness in this art is just above the normal level and is really unpredictable:

Speed:
In base mode, Bee has shown to be fast enough to be able to appear instantly and stop Raikage just infront of Naruto:
He is even so fast that Sasukes group wasn't even able to follow his movements and they needed Karins(a sensor) help to detect his positions:
Immunity to genjutsu: Like he says himself here, the fact he is a Perfect Jinchuriki allows him to be immune to genjutsu because even if he gets caught by one, his partner Hachibi could disturb his chakra:
Version1:
When he uses V1, his speed but also his power increases drastically like Sasuke noticed here:

Bee even stated that no one since his brother(Raikage A) was able to avoid him in this mode
Version2:
It's safe to assume that this mode increases his speed again since he needed to quit V1 and go in V2 in order to escape Kisames dome faster:

Hachibi mode:
In this mode, his power is just on another level and difficult to compete against:

His great weakness in this mode is to be to big that he becomes easier to get targeted, but on the other side he has a better defense
Tactics in battle:
Contrary to the popular belief, Bee has already shown that he is all but not stupid at all in battle. A great example of this can be given against Kisame. His tactic was to trap Kisame with a raiton blade when he come from behind him and strike:
Sure he isn't the type of ninja to think about complicated plans, but he isn't the type also to do stupid things without thinking
