Sakura was there and planned on killing him which he knew.Also he is not the same as before.He's obvoiusly changed alot from how he was in the Kage summit.In the Kage summit Arc,Sasuke wanted to destroy Konoha,now he wants to protect it,and in last weeks chapter he changed even more.Now he's more open.Sakura is the person he's the most closest to after Naruto,him developing romantic feelings for her is plausible.

i can understand how he lost his mind and became an abusive character but what's her excuse?
