I brought it up because I agree Mei looks better. But in terms of personality I prefer Kushina because she is less weirder.

But I can't deny that both Tobirama and Hokage Kakashi have Badass designs.

Minato and Tobirama are tied for best design, followed by Tsunade, Hashirama, Kakashi, Naruto, and Hiruzen. Naruto's outfit is basically Minato's, but I never liked Hiruzen's. I prefer a copy of a good outfit to a bad outfit.

Tobirama's design is wicked; the colour scheme and the amount of contrast works. Tsunade's is pretty cool as well, and Minato has always been a heartthrob.

Tsunade has the curves the flowing hair the tight top the large bust and those heels.
The Hokage Jacket she has is pretty unique and fits her well.

i gotta say it's a tie between Hashirama and Minato for me. The 2 of them got too much going for them for me to pick one over the other.
