Go to "Miscellaneous Options". You probably changed it to "Basic Editor" by accident. Instead, select "Standard Editor."

Nope, I checked it, that's not the case. On my desktop they're just....gone.

Eh, that happened to me when my internet connection got downgraded to a 128 kbps one. Your page isn't loading completely. Update your browser, reset your modem and delete cookies.

Thank you, and everyone for the help, apparently I had to uninstall then re-install some things, problem's fixed and I appreciate it, gonna close the thread now, thanks again.
