[Question] Battle's

Ok say if you just made your first bio its not approved and you want to have a spar(unoffical battle)but you havent learned any jutsu because it's your first bio and the element you picked needs training which means you have no jutsu's to use yet how would you fight?

You need to have an approved bio to spar/fight. When you get the said approved bio and you want to spar but don't have elements or anything mastered. You can freeform fight.
