if you want a a real battle between those two,
its Sakura very obviously just think about it, during Naruto part 1 when they fought it was a tie, in part 2 Sakura improved much more then Ino in every aspect when it comes to physical strength or mental power.
Its a KO win for Sakura no doubt.
