Since I'm in the Inuzuka clan, I have 2 dogs with me, one is named Marco and he's as big as a werewolf, the other is called Maria and she's in a little bag attached to my back. She stays close to my left ear, allowing her to smell you and tell me of your location.
Marco, take the left, I'll corner him from here!
Marco then runs at you in a semi circle, aiming to hit you on your left side, jumping up at you and taking you down, biting into your neck area as he does so. Whilst he does this, I throw 2 blocks of wood to the area short range to my left and right, leaving them there. I then throw 2 Kunais at you, making sure to not hit Marco but your leg area.

Shin chan is in the ground and is in pain. Shin starts to gather his raiton chakra, and then starts to manipulate it, creating small bolts lighting. shin then hits Marco in the leg area. shin then gets up from the ground. He is in pain from those kunais that got him in the leg.
Shin chan: I don't know the reason why you are attacking me. I really don't have time to waste here, so i'm going to end this quickly.
Shin chan then starts to gather his wind chakra and then performs the two hand seals. once his done with that he releases wind from his mouth, then using shape manipulation to form a disk of wind aimed at you.

(Kawarimi no Jutsu) - Change of Body Stance Technique

and switch places with the block of wood I put down in the area to my left, earlier (at the start) of the battle. This allows me to avoid your wind disk.

Shin can't see anything now. He starts to channel his earth chakra into the ground. and the ground becomes soft! shin then goes underground. While under ground shin can sense what is happening on the surface . He then senses where you are. Shin then goes to the surface, behind you. Once shin is behind you he starts to gather his fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sphere of air at you. Once he releases that he then starts to gather his Katon chakra and then releases a small fire stream. Both jutsus combined (Fire and wind) makes the jutsu rank up to B-rank jutsu.

Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

As you go underground, Maria tells me she can no longer smell you, and since the mist doesn't sense you going airborne, the only explanation is that you either went underground or simply disappeared. We (Marco, me and Maria) stay on guard as we look around and wait for the mist to sense you once again.
The moment you begin to come out of the ground, the mist would sense you letting me know where you are and Maria would also smell you and tell me that you're behind me, so I react quickly and turn around whilst I form a sword made purely of water in my hand and use it to slash your throat open. This would take place before you fully come out of the ground, so it wouldn't give you enough time to use the wind and fire techniques.
I've taken advantage of the fact that you didn't state how far behind me you come out and made it so that you come out no more than a meter or so behind me, allowing me enough time to turn around and simply cut you.
(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
